The treats start right from Level 1. (We're cheeky like that!)

As you move up in levels, the rewards heat up even more sweet treats.

Spend per year is calculated daily, so each purchase you make will contribute to your Cheeky Rewards level. We calculate your purchases overnight so if you have spent enough to upgrade a level, this will be reflected the next day.

Cheeky Rewards spend excludes returns, refunds, donations and the purchase of gift cards.

You'll receive your welcome voucher email within 24 hours of signing up. This is valid for 30 days.

Your birthday voucher email will arrive on your special day (if you've provided us with your date of birth) and is valid for 30 days.

Look out for your spend and save vouchers within 24 hours after an in-store purchase. You've got 90 days to spend it on something you love.

It's not called Cheeky Rewards for nothing! Yes, you can - unless prohibited in the terms and conditions of the other promotion.

You deserve to be spoilt. You can use up to 3 vouchers per order, however, you can only use a single birthday or welcome voucher per order.

There's no physical loyalty card because we love trees almost as much as we love cute lingerie.

Cheeky Rewards is our way of giving back to our biggest fans (aka you). Every time you shop, you’re racking up points and perks. It's our way of rewarding you for being a Bras N Things loyalty member. There are three member tiers: Tier 1 - Feeling Flirty (Spend up to R1490). Tier 2 - Cheeky Devil (Spend R1500–R4990). Tier 3 - Seriously Spicy (Spend R5000+). Spend is tracked daily and we bump you up automatically when you hit the next tier. Within 12 months, you need to spend the allocated requirements to stay in that tier (as stated above), but remember, vouchers used don't count towards your tier spend. You’ll earn 1 point for every R10 spent on products. Hit 100 points and boom: you’ll unlock a R50 voucher on Instant Rewards. If you're on Flexi Rewards, those points will be banked for later for when you want to cash them into vouchers. Your rewards, your way.

Easy. You can sign up online or with help from our in-store team (they’re lovely). If you join in-store, make sure to finish registering online using the same email – that way, your points and perks stay synced across both platforms. Already a Cheeky Rewards member? You’re in! We’ve automatically kept you in the new-and-improved program.

Instant Rewards: Every 100 points = automatic R50 voucher valid for 120 days. Default setting. Flexi Rewards: Bank your points and redeem when you want. Vouchers are valid for 30 days once activated. Flexi must be selected in 'My Account' and points are valid for 2 years.

Log into My Account > Click on 'Cheeky Rewards' > open up ‘Choose Your Rewards Style > Select 'Flexi Rewards' and ‘Switch Now’ Note: You can only switch once every 24 hours. Online account required.

Instant Rewards: Auto voucher within 15 minutes (if you're subscribed). Flexi Rewards: Redeem manually in My Account. You'll get an email notification if subscribed.

Yes, with Instant Rewards. With Flexi Rewards, you choose when to convert your points to vouchers.

Yes! For every 100 points, you can activate one R50 voucher. Got 500 points? Redeem all five or just one – your choice.

We celebrate your Cheeky-versary with bonus points: Tier 1 = 200 points, Tier 2 = 400 points, Tier 3 = 600 points. Points are added to your account and valid based on your rewards type (30 or 120 days).

Cheeky Devil = 5 bonus points, Seriously Spicy = 10 points when you get fitted and purchase a bra in the same visit. Mini Me bonus applies for companions under 18.

Earn 1 point per R10 spent on eligible product purchases (excluding gift cards, donations, delivery, clearance stores). Make sure you're logged in or scan your member code.

Yes — points expire 24 months from the date they were earned.

Points from the returned item will be removed from your account. You may go into negative points.

You need to meet the tier spend threshold within 12 months to stay. E.g., Spend R5000 to stay in Tier 3. Vouchers used do not count toward this total.

For online orders, your balance will be updated once your order is dispatched. This can take up to 3–5 business days.
